Stephen Roberts: Architecture, COMPANY ETHOS

Repeat business and recommendations are the benchmarks by which we will measure our success. SR:A’s aim is not to meet your expectations but to exceed them.

We recognise that in these commercial times value is of prime importance but value can be added to a construction project in a wide variety of ways some of which are tangible.

  • Reduced down time or earlier returns due to an improved design and/or construction period improved returns due to a more efficient design that maximises the potential of the site
  • Reduced construction costs due to a more efficient method of construction
  • Reduced maintenance or running costs due to specification and quality control

If that intangible quality makes them want to stay or return or makes them more productive or more efficient that value may then become tangible.

Customer Satisfaction

By meeting all of your targets on time and on budget and by providing that something extra we hope that you will return. We want you to become a repeat client or to recommend us to your friends and colleagues.
